Welcome to cooking panama. I have been fortunate enough to
move down to this wonderful country and learn more about
the food and the manner in which it is prepared. I am one
of the luckiest foodies alive in that I get to prepare
menus and try out different foods on a regular basis yet I
only have to cook when I want to do so. (More on that
